1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and HL365 ("Platform"). This document applies to all users who access, register, or use any part of the HL365 platform, whether through the official website at hl365.win or via the HL365 mobile app.

By continuing the registration process or logging in to the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the HL365 platform.

2 Account Registration

To fully use HL365's services, you are required to register a user account. During the registration process, you agree to:

• Providing personal information that accurate, complete, and up to date including full name, phone number, email address, and valid banking details.
• Age at least 18 years of age on the date of registration. HL365 does not accept underage members under any circumstances.
• Registering one account only per individual. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — including using another person's name or information — are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed.
• Keeping your account password confidential. HL365 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is approved. Commonly required documents include a copy of your MyKad and a recent bank statement. This process is part of HL365's commitment to security and fraud prevention.

3 Deposits & Payments

HL365 accepts deposits via multiple valid payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other local payment methods available on the platform.

• Minimum deposit limit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits are processed real-time and credited to your HL365 account within minutes after bank confirmation.
• HL365 does not charge any fees for deposit processing, although third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• All deposit transactions are final. HL365 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or external payment providers.
• Funds deposited into an HL365 account are for wagering purposes only. HL365 reserves the right to hold deposits suspected of being linked to illegal activity or fraud pending further investigation.

4 Fund Withdrawal

HL365 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes on business days. However, the following limits and conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet that is registered under the same member's name with your HL365 account.
• Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be fully completed. This includes submitting a copy of your identity card and bank statement.
• If you have received a bonus, the rollover requirement must be met before the related amount can be withdrawn.
• HL365 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security review purposes if unusual activity is detected on the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

HL365 offers a variety of bonuses to members including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and daily rebates. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus has a rollover (re-wagering) requirement that differs. This requirement must be fully met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from that bonus can be processed.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once only per promotion unless otherwise stated in the respective promotion terms.
• HL365 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if promotional abuse is proven, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses will not be extended.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the HL365 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent third-party auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random and fair.

• Game outcomes are final and non-disputable after the round or bet has been fully processed by the system.
• Any technical disruptions such as internet disconnection during an active game are beyond HL365's responsibility. The system will record game results based on the last status received by the server.
• Only confirmed bets will be counted as valid. Any bet that fails system confirmation due to a technical issue will be fully refunded to your account balance.

7 Member Conduct

All HL365 members are required to conduct themselves honestly and responsibly while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at HL365 customer support staff.
• Sharing or selling your HL365 account to any third party.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freeze, and legal action where necessary.

8 Account Closure

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting HL365 customer support. The closure process will be completed within 3 business days.

• Before an account is closed, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.
• HL365 also reserves the right to close a member's account without prior notice if there is a breach of Terms and Conditions, fraud, or suspicious activity.
• Members whose accounts have been closed due to violations are not eligible to re-register using different information.

9 Liability Limits

HL365 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, but we cannot guarantee 100% platform availability. HL365 is not liable for:

• Any loss or disruption resulting from technical issues, system maintenance, or disruptions beyond the control of HL365.
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made based on inaccurate information or misunderstanding of game rules.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the HL365 platform.

In all circumstances, HL365's maximum liability to any member is limited to the account balance of that member at the time the claim is made.

10 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where HL365 is registered and licensed. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by the relevant regulatory authority.
